PLEASE hellllpppp. I've been searching high an...Hi! <BR/><BR/>PLEASE hellllpppp. <BR/><BR/>I've been searching high and low & asking everybody & anybody for a particular PR recipe. <BR/><BR/>It' called MACABEO. <BR/><BR/>It's native to Trujillo Alto (they have a festival every December celebrating this food) and is made with grated BANANA filled w/meat, half moon shaped, and deep fried AND no it is not a relleno de platano. Aghhhh! <BR/><BR/>This recipe is IMPOSSIBLE to find! This is so frustrating. And it is sad that ANY of our recipes should be this difficult to find! <BR/><BR/>Can you help me??
