i was in mayaguez over semana santa and as i waited on my maiz ice cream at rex cream a police office started chatting me up. he mentioned the murder at La Pachanga the night before. the dead guy had some sort of long standing beef with the other guy. the dead guy pulled out a gun but the magazine fell out, at which point the other guy stabbed him in the chest. after that the cop proceeded to tell me more about his life, past vacations and his favorite tv channel. good times.
